Live Storage Pallet Racking System

Pallets are placed onto specific lanes of slanted gravity rollers, which are positioned at a fixed angle.

When a pallet is removed from the picking area, the subsequent pallet moves into place. Additional stock for replenishment is loaded at the opposite (upper) side of the lane. The motion of the pallets is controlled by brakes and speed regulators integrated within the roller tracks.

Operating on a principle of first-in, first-out, the Dynamic Live storage racking system offers exceptionally high storage density within a given space. It also ensures automatic stock rotation, minimizing the need for forklift movements to manage the movement of goods.
